This is an old story. It was first told along ago. A rich man wanted to make a journey to go another town. He was a businessman. He wanted to take things to sell. He also wanted to take gold to buy things with. He decided to take ten servants with him. They would carry things to sell and the gold and also food to eat on the journey.
He was a kind man. He said to one of these servants “You are the smallest, the thinnest and the weakest of all my servants. You cannot carry heavy load. You must choose the highest load to carry”
The servants thanked his mother for his kindness. He pointed to the biggest load. This was bread to eat on the journey
His master said,” You are foolish. That is the biggest and heaviest load” but the servant picked up the load carefully and the journey began. They walked for four hours. Then they stopped for a rest. They all ate some of the bread. There was less bread for the servant to carry. The servant’s load grew smaller and lighter every day. LATIHAN SOAL :

On the River
I paddled for about five miles and then I was tired. I stopped on Jackson’s Island, hid the canoe behind some trees and went to sleep.
I woke up when I heard a boom. It came from somewhere up the river. Then another boom came louder.
I saw the white smoke. They were shooting a big gun from a steamboat into the water because they wanted to find my dead body. They wanted it to come up to the top of the water.
I hid in the tall grass when the steamboat came near the island. I could see Tom Sawyer, Tom’s Aunt Polly, the Widow Douglas, Judge Thatcher, even Pap was there. Everybody was talking about me. They all thought I was dead. They shot the big gun again. BOOM! That one was really loud. It made my ears ring, but I didn’t move from the tall grass. After a while, the boat went away.
On the fourth day, when I was looking around, I stepped on a fire. It was still smoking. I didn’t wait to see who made it. I just ran. I ran all the way back to my canoe. I thought I heard somebody, so I climbed a tree and looked around. There wasn’t anybody here. That night I went very quietly back to the fire. When I got there, I saw a man sleeping near it. He had a coat over his head. Then suddenly he started to move and he took the coat off his face. It was Jim!
“Jim”, I said quietly while tapping his shoulder.
Jim turned around and said surprisingly, “It is you, Huckleberry Finn!”
I was very glad to see Jim. Jim and I sat and talked. It was good to talk to somebody. I didn’t fell so lonely.
